At Hadeland Glassverk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted glassware. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully wrap the glass items in their original packaging and place them in a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
